Lado consulted our team to conduct an Environmental Management Review exercise and also carry out an Oil Spill Contingency Plan to evaluate existing environmental performance and Oil Spillage protection in accordance to Environmental Standards and Regulatory Protocols.

Our support included drafting NOSDRA policies, EGASPIN 2018 policies, defining roles and responsibilities, and setting up monitoring frameworks to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
